Returns & Claims

Follow these three simple steps to make a return:

1. Exchange & Return Form
Log in to the return portal using your order number and email address:

2. Return Portal
Follow the instructions and complete the process.

3. Print the label or save the QR code
Print the return label or save the QR code to scan at your drop-off location.

Return Conditions
All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Shoe boxes must not be used as shipping boxes; instead, they should be wrapped to avoid being taped or written on.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.

Refund
We will issue your refund as soon as your return has been processed, using your selected payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

New colour or size?
We only offer refunds, not exchanges.
With our free return policy, you can return unused gloves, hats, slippers, sandals, and shoes within 30 days from the delivery date.

To receive a new product, simply place a new order and return your original order for a refund. Please remember to fill out the return form included with your delivery and send it back along with the product.

I bought a Shepherd product from a retailer. Can I file a claim with you?
No, for any claims, please contact the store where you purchased the product.

Did you buy it from us?
If you need to file a claim, please contact our customer service via email. We recommend replying to your order confirmation.

To help us assist you as efficiently as possible, we require three images that clearly show the issue.

What we need
1. Your order number
2. A close-up image of the defect
3. An overview image of the product
4. A picture of the sole

These images are necessary for us to assess your case. Once we receive them, we will handle your claim accordingly.
